Lost, Stolen and Damaged Licence Plates

If your vehicle or the licence plate is lost or stolen, please report it to the police. 

To replace the licence plate, you will need to come in person with the followings: 

• Current Alberta drivers licence or 2 alternative pieces of acceptable identification. 
• Police File Number 
• Completed Licence Plate / Parking Placard Cancellation Declaration form 

The cost is $28.00.  Additional charges will be applied for all credit card payment.
