Certificate of Status

The document that has been certified and issued by the Alberta Corporate Registry confirms the present status of a company in Alberta. This particular item is exclusively accessible for Alberta-based corporations and non-profit entities. Each certificate of status is $25.50 for Alberta only, if you require a certificate in other provinces, please email your request to [email protected]  

We can obtain a certificate of status in most all provinces with the exception of a few.
